The care that she was receiving in our country was very poor, and at first we were not sure if transferring her to a hospital in Israel was the right thing to do, but now I am certain that it was, since she is still with us today and doing much better.

We were impressed with how quickly your company made all of the arrangements and flew over here to transfer her to Israel. We would also like to thank you for the exceptional care that she received at the hospital in Israel. The staff did a great job, and was very pleasant to speak with. They made a big effort to keep us well informed about my mother’s condition. We were amazed how her condition changed for the better in a matter of just a few days after being transferred to Israel.

When my husband suffered his heart attack during our vacation, I felt like my life suddenly changed. It was very difficult for us to get the proper treatment and attention at the local hospital that he was rushed to and I was beginning to lose hope. I am so happy that I came across your company, you managed to get your air ambulance plane here in just a few hours and it was such a relief once he was safe and sound at the hospital in Israel.

Your doctors were very professional and committed to bringing my husband back to health. It was a hard road, but Carl is back to himself. He is maintaining his diet and working out.

Dear Shemer doctors and staff,

I know it has been a while, but the last few months have been very hectic due to our father’s condition. Our family wanted to thank you for flying your doctor to help treat my dad. I really feel that my father is with us today because of your treatment.

Six months ago, the doctors over here told us that my father had no more than 2 weeks to live, and now it is six months later and he is still with us. We would like to thank your company for arranging for the doctor to be flown over so quickly, we feel as though his quick arrival really may have helped with my father's treatment.

To give you an update on our father's condition, he is stable now - still not 100%, but he is getting stronger every day. Nevertheless, we are so thankful that he is still with us today, and it’s all thanks to your company. We will keep you updated on our father's condition.
